| To begin an application, click on the Begin link below. You will be sent to a personal information form,
where you will register yourself as a CFD applicant and create a username and password for accessing your application.
If you have already registered as an applicant, click on the Resume link. You will then be able to login to resume or edit your
application. If you have forgotten your username or password or have any problems accessing the personal information form, contact
Jane Griswold (jgriswold@depauw.edu, 765-658-6595) in the
Academic Affairs Office at DePauw University.
If you are resubmitting an application you filed in a previous year, click the Resume link below and go to the edit page.
You can update any part of your application and resubmit it. To be considered in the 2007-08 academic year, an application must
have a submission date after June 1, 2007. |
