Scholarships
Scholarships for Incoming Students
DePauw offers several scholarship programs specifically for incoming students. Unlike the merit awards for incoming students, these scholarships have additional requirements.
Scholarships for Current Students
Once a student is enrolled at DePauw University, the only awards recognizing outstanding achievement or special talent are given through academic departments or administrative offices.
Scholarships Offered by Outside Organizations
In addition to the awards available through DePauw, Federal, and Indiana sources, there are many other organizations that also offer scholarships. We encourage all students to apply for these awards because they usually benefit the students. Outside scharlarships are to be reported to the Financial Aid Office as soon as notification is received. All awards are split between the semesters in an academic year. Outside scholarships cannot total more than the cost of the education or more than demonstrated financial need in a need based financial aid award.
