Director of Tiger Services Center / ID-One Card Coordinator
Full-time, 12-month salaried position with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director of Tiger Services Center / ID-One Card Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supervising activities of the DePauw Tiger Services Center, including the information technology (IT) Help Desk, Printing Services, and ID-One Card Services programs. The Tiger Services Center is the hub of IT services and support, acting as problem solver for students, faculty members and staff, liaison between clients and various IT support units, facilitator of self-help IT user resources, and collaborator with all campus programs to enable clients to effectively use technology in their daily work.

Primary responsibilities of this position include coordinating and supervising activities of the IT Help Desk, Printing Services, and ID-One Card Services programs; administering ID-One Card services and operations; monitoring call logs to efficiently respond to and track calls; collaborating with other LIS service providers to provide IT guides and enabling resources for clients, printed and online; and performing front-line services for all activities provided at the Tiger Services Center as needed.

REQUIREMENTS 
Bachelors Degree or equivalent technical experience; 3 years prior experience in computer support and call center management; and prior experience in managing and supervising staff members or leading work teams required.  Must also have excellent interpersonal and communications skills; ability to work well in a collegial relationship with faculty, staff, and students; project management experience; effective written, oral and presentation skills; attention to detail; proficiency with Windows, Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Web authoring tools, email, and a basic understanding of networking concepts; and ability to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful, fluid, front-line customer support environment.  Must also be flexible and open to new opportunities in response to a constantly-changing technical environment and associated support requirements.
