AUDITION TRIP PLANS

Please check the School of Music Audition Dates. (December 8, January 19, February 8-9, March 1-2) Reservations should be made at least two weeks prior to your visit. If you are unable to attend any of the official audition dates, please select 'cannot attend' AND call 1.800.447.2495, ext. 4118. We will attempt to schedule an alternate audition date which works for both you and the audition committee: however, we cannot guarantee that the desired alternate audition date will be available.

DePauw University will provide overnight accommodations in a residence hall with a student host Sunday through Thursday, except during the January audition. Note: students hosted in a residence hall are asked to bring a sleeping bag and pillow--overnight guests generally sleep on the floor. Parents should consult the list of area hotels/motels/bed & breakfasts to make their own reservations.

Transportation: For those students who will be attending the program alone, DePauw University can provide transportation to Greencastle from the Indianapolis International Airport or the Indianapolis bus station. For students flying to the audition program with their parents, rental car reservations should be procured.
