Six DePauw players earn spots on all-SCAC teams
J.R. Foster and Andy Cohen headed a group of six Tigers on the all-SCAC team as each earned first team honors. Brian Missey and Richie Schreiner were second team selections while Bryce Skeeters and Marc Pfleging were named to the third team.

Tigers clinch share of SCAC title; Foster breaks career goals record
J.R. Foster scored three goals and Bryce Skeeters added one and three assists to lead the Tigers to a 6-0 win over visiting Rose-Hulman. With the victory, DePauw finished the regular season with a 14-4 overall record and an 8-1 SCAC record as well as a share of its first SCAC title. Foster raised his career goals scored total to 48 which broke the DePauw record of 47 held by Craig Nelson (1977-79). Also scoring for the Tigers were Richie Schreiner and Kenneth Cochran. Box score

DePauw tops Centre 3-0
The Tigers improved to 13-4 overall and 7-1 in the SCAC with a 3-0 win over visiting Centre. J.R. Foster scored once and assisted on another goals, while Richie Schreiner and Kyle Stafankiewcz each added goals. Brian Missey and Wes Molyneaux shared the shutout in goal. Box score

Tigers drop 1-0 decision to Sewanee
DePauw missed a chance of clinching the SCAC's automatic bid to the NCAA Championship as they lost to visiting Sewanee 1-0. Andy Leffler scored the lone goal of the game at the 58:13 mark. DePauw outshot Sewanee 15-12. Paul Roper recorded the shutout for Sewanee. Box score

Foster's late goal sends Tigers to 2-1 win
J.R. Foster scored both DePauw goals including the game-winner with just 1:39 left to lift the Tigers to a 2-1 win at Rhodes. Foster's first goal came with 15 minute left in the first half before Rhodes tied the game in the second half. The Tigers stayed in first place in the SCAC with a 6-0 conference record and they improved to 12-3 overall with their fourth straight win. Box score

DePauw remains atop SCAC with 4-2 win at Hendrix
Andy McCaslin, Richie Schreiner, J.R. Foster and Bryce Skeeters each scored one goal in the Tigers 4-2 win at Hendrix. The game was tied 0-0 at the half. DePauw stayed in first place in the SCAC with the victory that lifted its record to 11-3 overall and 5-0 in the conference. Box score

Tigers remain unbeaten in SCAC with 2-0 win at Oglethorpe
Page Cotton's goal with just 2:01 left was the game-winner in the Tigers' 2-0 win at Oglethorpe. The final goal came with 58 seconds left on an own goal. Brian Missey recorded the shutout to improve DePauw's record to 10-3 overall and 4-0 in the SCAC. Box score

DePauw remains unbeaten in SCAC with 8-1 road win
The Tigers improved to 9-3 overall and 3-0 in the SCAC with an 8-1 win over host Millsaps. J.R. Foster and Bryce Skeeters each scored two goals for the Tigers who led 3-0 at the half. The lone Millsaps goal came in th second half on a penalty kick. Box score

A first-half goal by Principia's Kyle Webster held up in the Panthers' 1-0 win at DePauw. The DePauw loss snapped the Tigers' six-game win streak and dropped their record to 8-3 on the season. Box score

DePauw wins sixth straight with 3-0 win at Anderson
Andy Cohen scored twice and Richie Schreiner once as the Tigers won picked up their sixth straight win by a 3-0 score at Anderson. All three goals came in the second half for the Tigers, whose record now stands at 8-2. Box score

Missey named SCAC Player of the Week
Senior goalkeeper Brian Missey was named Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Week for his two shutouts in conference wins over Southwestern and Trinity. He totaled one save in the 3-0 win over Southwestern and seven in the 1-0 victory over Trinity. The last time Trinity was shut out in an SCAC game was in 1994 when Rhodes accomplished the feat in a 3-0 win.

DePauw knocks off fourth-ranked Trinity
Andy Cohen's second half goal on an assist from J.R. Foster gave the host Tigers all they needed in defeating fourth-ranked Trinity 1-0. Brian Missey totaled seven saves in goal for the Tigers to lead DePauw to its third straight shutout. The victory snapped Trinity's 20-game SCAC win streak that dated back to 1999 when DePauw topped them 2-1. Box score

Tigers blank Pirates in SCAC opener
The Tigers opened Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play with a 3-0 shutout of visiting Southwestern University. Evan Shook scored the game-winner in the first half on an assist from J.R. Foster. Andy Cohen added a penalty kick in the second and later assisted on Richie Schreiner's goal. Brian Missey and Wes Molyneaux shared the shutout in goal. DePauw is now 6-2 and hosts Trinity on Sunday at 2 p.m. Box score

The Tigers improved to 5-2 on the season with their third straight win as they shut out visiting Illinois Wesleyan 2-0. Andy Cohen scored a late first-half goal and Bryce Skeeters added one in the second half with J.R. Foster assisting on both. Brian Missey recorded the shutout in goal. Box score

Foster's record-setting goal leads Tigers to overtime win
J.R. Foster's rebound goal in the first overtime, lifted DePauw to a 1-0 win at Ohio Wesleyan. The goal pushed Foster's career point total to 98 which broke the DePauw record held by Craig Nelson (1977-79). The victory was DePauw's first ever on the road against the Battling Bishops in a series that has been contested 28 times. Box score

The Tigers slipped to 2-2 on the season after a 3-0 loss at Wittenberg.

Tigers top Earlham 2-0
The Tigers improved to 2-1 on the season with a 2-0 win at Earlham. J.R. Foster scored one of the Tigers' goals to move into a tie for first place on DePauw's career points list with 96. Craig Nelson also had 96 from 1977-79. Brian Missey recorded the shutout. Box score

Tigers drop heartbreaker to Kalamazoo in 118th minute
DePauw and Kalamazoo battled to a scoreless tie for over 117 minutes before the Hornets' Steven Dendler scored the game-winner with an assist from Aaron Thornburg at 117:54. Each team finished the double-overtime game with 15 shots. Brian Missey recorded five saves before leaving with an injury. Wes Molyneaux stepped in and recorded three saves. Box score

DePauw blanks Villa Julie 6-0
The 16th-ranked Tigers opened the season with a 6-0 shutout over Villa Julie College in the season opening game at the Wabash Classic. J.R. Foster scored three goals and is now just two points shy of tying the DePauw career mark 96 points by Craig Nelson (1977-99). DePauw held a 2-0 lead at the half on goals by Chris Kessler and Foster. The Tigers blew the game open in the second half as Foster opened the scoring before Cohen made it 4-0. Foster's third goal and Ryan Pugliano's made the final 6-0. Tigers ranked 16th in preseason poll
The DePauw men's soccer team is ranked 16th in the preseason Division III poll by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. The Tigers are coming off a 15-4 season that included their eighth appearance in the NCAA Division III Championship and a first-round win. Complete rankings

Tigers picked second in SCAC preseason poll; two named to preseason all-conference team
According to a preseason poll of the SCAC coaches, the Tigers are predicted to finish second in this season's conference race. Trinity is the favorite with Rhodes selected third and Sewanee fourth. Trinity garnered eight first-place votes with DePauw and Rhodes earning one each. J.R. Foster and Andy Cohen were chosen to the preseason all-conference team.
