November 7, 2009, Greencastle, Ind. — In their final game of the season the Tigers suffered not only their first home loss of the season, but they allowed the first goal of the year at Boswell Field in a 1-0 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference men's soccer loss to Centre.
DePauw finished the campaign with a 12-5-1 overall record and a 6-4 SCAC mark, while Centre was 14-4-2 overall and 7-2-1 in the conference.
Austin Hall scored the game's lone goal at 76:49 on an assist from James Kusak.
DePauw held a 7-4 edge in shots, while Centre led in corners, 4-2.
