March 18, 2009, Greencastle, Ind. — After earning first team all-Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference honors for the second staight year, senior guard Cassie Pruzin has been named to the D3hoops.com all-South Region Third Team.
Pruzin led the 22-6 Tigers with 12.3 points, 4.9 assists and 2.0 steals per game, while hitting a team-high 71 three-pointers.
The Tigers' all-time leader with 229 three-pointers made, Pruzin finished her DePauw career ranked fourth in school history with 1,307 points, second with 431 assists and 237 steals and ninth with 579 rebounds.
Pruzin, who was part of a senior class that posted a four-year record of 110-15, was a fourth team all-America choice last year and a third team preseason all-America selection this year.
