You will be immersed in the life of a runaway slave for the night and participants will live through one of the most compelling periods in Indiana history. This powerful and interactive glimpse into our shared past affects guests in ways that reading a book or watching a movie about it cannot.
This class is a blend of martial arts, cardio kickboxing, dance, capoeira, hip hop and funk combined with music blended especially for the choreography.
