Renew items

• Login using the prefix DU and your ID# located on the front of your ID card under your picture.
  For example, if your ID# is 123456, you should login using DU123456.

• Your password is the first 5 letters of your Last name, unless you have changed it.
• Items are renewed for the same length of time as the original loan and can be renewed twice.
• Reserve materials & recalled items cannot be renewed.

• Renewals for items from other schools require permission from the lender
• Requesting a renewal does not guarantee that permission will be granted
• When we hear back from the lending institution, we will send you an e-mail
• Denied requests should be returned promptly
