We develop individual organizations that live and own the values upon which they were founded while fostering a healthy, inclusive Greek community which is broadly respected by students, alumni, faculty and staff.

 

Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life Philosophy

The office of Fraternity and Sorority Life supports students as they own their Greek experience and engage in the shared governance of their chapter and community. 

We partner with students to embrace the purpose of recruitment, risk management, member education and civic engagement.  We support chapters as they enhance academics, diversity, lifetime affiliation and social life for their membership.  Ethical decision making skills of students are developed as they live the values espoused by their Greek organization.

The success and sustainability of the Greek community is predicated upon trusting and collaborative relationships among students, alumni, Inter/National Headquarters, faculty and staff.
