Wellness Wednesday
Wellness Wednesday is happenning on Wednesday, September 27 from 8am-6pm. There will be an information/registration table set up in the south lobby of the Union Building sharing information about a county-wide program called Walking for Wellness. It is an 8-12 week program designed to get people moving. The goal is to see how many steps you can take in a day, record those steps, and then take more steps the next day. The ultimate goal is to take 10,000 steps a day.Your step totals are sent in by mail or email, and then we see how far Putnam County has walked!

We want to see how many times we can walk back and forth across the State of Indiana and how far around the world our steps can take us. Please come to the information/registration table in the south lobby of the Union Building to register or obtain more information.
