Tyrant flycatcher family (Tyrannidae)
A large flycatcher. Black head, grayish-black back, whitish belly. Tail has a distinct white band on the end.
Habitat:
Open areas with scattered shrubs and trees
Nesting:
Nest is large, built in a tree or shrub in an open area.
In the Nature Park:
Neotropical migrant. Nests in the Nature Park.
