Grape Vine

Leaves:
Leaves are large, coarsely toothed.
Bark:
Mature vines have loose bark.
Flowers:
Flowers are small, white or greenish.
Fruit:
Fruit is small, blue-black berry, edible but sour. Fruit is produced in a branched cluster like a bunch of small grapes.
More Information:
Tendrils spread by curling around branches, small trees, and other stems. Vines may be long-lived, stout, reach into upper canopy of trees. Vines probably become established when trees are young.
The genus name Vitis is from the Latin for "grapevine."
