Confirmation of Arrival: Check In Process
The US Government requires that all international students in F-1 and J-1 Status report their arrival to their sponsoring school.
At DePauw, you must submit the “Check-in” Request through the International Student Portal. This form requires that you submit pdf/scan copies of the following:

I-94 record
-
I-20 or DS-2019
-
F-1 or J-1 visa copy
-
Passport photo page scan
Once you have confirmed your arrival to the US and checked in to your housing, ISA will be able to officially register you as a Fall student in the SEVIS system. Students who do not submit their check-in by the posted deadline may not be registered; their I-20 or DS-2019 will be terminated and they will need to depart the United States.

Log in to the International Student Portal and review your profile/general information to confirm that your data is correct. This is the information on record with DePauw and in SEVIS.

Upload a photo of yourself to go along with your profile.
If you see any problems with your profile information, it may mean that your information in E-services is not up to date. You may first need to correct it in E-services. You can also email intlstudents@depauw.edu to make sure that the correction is made or ask any questions you have about errors or what information appears.
Note: We pull local address and mobile phone number into our system.
