A Photo-Sharing Website for Study-Abroad Students

This project will consist of a website where photos can be uploaded, stored, browsed, and searched. Users will also be able to leave comments for the pictures. It will be designed specifically for students who have studied abroad and wish to share pictures with other students who also studied in their program. The website will utilize many forms of web development, including HTML, PHP, CSS, SQL, and Javascript. Data validation will play a key role in this project to ensure that harmful data is not used. The website will also include a registration and login to prevent unwanted uploads and protect the students' identity. After logging in, the user will have the option of uploading an image, browsing all of the photos, or running a keyword search. The pictures will initially be displayed as thumbnail images and could be clicked on to view their full size.
