About the speaker:
Katie Koch, FCAS, MAAA, a volunteer to support DePauw University as a CAS (Casualty Actuarial Society) University Liaison, has sixteen years of actuarial experience and is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. She received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Actuarial Science from The Ohio State University. Katie has experience working with a large and medium size insurance company as well as in consulting and regulation. Her areas of focus are in pricing and reserving for personal property, commercial property and liability insurance coverages. In her free time, she enjoys interacting with university students and professionals and spending time with her family.
