Howard Pollack-Milgate
Howard Pollack-Milgate is Professor of German at DePauw. He received his Ph.D. from Indiana University in 1998. His research and teaching interests center upon the intersection points of science, philosophy, and literature, and he specializes in the Romantic period. He has done research on masculinity in the early German Romantics and has taught "Gender and Sexuality in German Culture," a seminar on the unique contribution of the German tradition from Schiller to Freud to Roche to these questions.
