• F.W. Olin Biological Sciences Building: As a hub of undergraduate research in the biological sciences, Olin features subject-area laboratories, a tissue culture facility for research and teaching immunology, and a climate-zone and computer-operated greenhouse.
• The Buehler Center for Biomedical Imaging: This imaging, microscopy, and flow cytometry facility supports undergraduate students in the biomedical and basic sciences in order to prepare them for success in graduate and medical programs.
• DePauw Nature Park: Consisting of 520 acres of forest, fields and limestone quarry, the Nature Park is more than a giant outdoor classroom; it's also home to the Janet Prindle Institute for Ethics, the Ian and Mimi Roland Welcome and Activities Center, the Manning Environmental Field Station, and the James and Sue Bartlett Reflection Center.
• Roy O. West Library: After a full renovation and a reopening in 2023, this beautiful facility houses a plethora of resources including meeting rooms, archives and special collections, the Tenzer Technology Center and Cafe Roy.
