Studying Leadership at DePauw

Leaders are not born; they are made – by their decisions, by their actions and by their ability to bring out the best in others. This minor empowers you to do just that, equipping you with the tools you need to become a leader in any context. The leadership minor's interdisciplinary approach will uncover the theoretical foundations, ethical implications and human dynamics that make sound leadership possible. As you learn to analyze the what, why and how of leadership, you will also enjoy applied experiences that put these concepts into practice.

With direct application in many different career fields such as politics, business, education and management, this program is an ideal step for anyone preparing for a life of positive influence and transformational impact.
