Music on the Square
To inquire about rentals at the M2 space, please reach out via email.
The Performing Arts Production Staff supports events in the Green Center for the Performing Arts and Music on the Square. Please feel free to contact us about space rentals and technical needs.
$25/hour for staffing, overhead, and utilities (up to a maximum of $400 per day)
A minimum of 1 hour for setup and 1 hour tear down must be paid. Setup and tear down are provided by the Performing Arts Production Staff.
$75 plus $50/hour for staffing, overhead, and utilities (up to a maximum of $400 per day)

Linens for non-meal events may be provided at a cost of $15/table. Color options include brown linens for round tables or black linens for rectangular tables.
Linens for catered events must be provided by the caterer.
The M2 kitchen is for university catering only.
The charges below for equipment are the same regardless of space. These charges are in alignment with those charged by Information Services.

External groups must provide a security deposit. The amount of the security deposit will be determined based on the scope of usage. Any damages to the space, contents, or instruments will be charged to the organization or individual hosting the event.
Events may not exceed the capacities set per the Fire Marshal.
All events are subject to calendar availability.
Late night, weekend, and large scale events may be subject to additional charges based on setup needs and scope of usage.
