After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education from Cedarville University, Jodi spent several years in the field of education, including classroom teaching, overseeing an after-school learning center, and working with individuals with dyslexia. She now serves as the Program Coordinator for the Music Teacher Education Program.
