Chapters that will be offering this convenience for their alumni/alumnae will be emailing details about how to make reservations in the coming weeks. We suggest you make sure your contact information is up-to-date to ensure you are not missing out on those messages. For questions regarding Fraternity and Sorority lodging, please reach out to the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life by email to fslife@depauw.edu or by phone at 765-658-4855. |

Some of our ticketed and advance purchase events do have a cost associated with them that includes food, refreshments, etc. |
General
What about COVID/other health risks and reunion? DePauw’s mitigation team will continue to monitor and adjust COVID-19 regulations and procedures as necessary. Changes will occur if evidence suggests impacts on community infrastructure and/or individual health with new COVID-19 variants. Attendees will be asked to follow all current campus COVID-19 policies while on campus for alumni reunion weekend. For information on DePauw's current procedures, please visit here. Decision-making in attending A Bold and Gold Weekend is rooted in personal responsibility (i.e. vaccination status, mask-wearing, etc.) while considering the strain on the local health care systems. If you registered for your reunion but are not feeling well, please stay home. |
What should I wear to the reunion events? Although the dress code is fairly casual for the weekend, specific events and class reunion gatherings may vary. If you have a question about appropriate dress for your class gathering, please contact one of your class reunion volunteers. We recommend that our alumni dress for the summer and perhaps bring a light layer if you tend to get cold in the air-conditioned indoors. We also encourage wearing your favorite black and/or gold for the Black and Gold Picnic on Saturday afternoon. |
Where should I park while on campus? Will I need a parking permit? Alumni and guests may park in any legal parking space on campus as parking permits are not needed during the weekend. There are sometimes construction projects taking place on campus during the summer, so please be sure to mind signage information. Any additional details will be emailed to attendees prior to your arrival on campus. |
Can I park my RV on-campus? No. There will not be on-campus parking for RVs during reunion weekend. Please explore local RV parks and campgrounds by searching online and calling their offices to explore further. |
I cannot make the trip to Greencastle for the reunion. Will the events be live-streamed? Some of our events will be recorded and available to our alumni community after reunion weekend concludes. |
