YOUR ALUMNI JOURNEY

Class of 2024 Alumni Journey

As you graduate, you begin a new branch on your DePauw path, that of a DePauw alum. The Development and Alumni Engagement Division is so proud of you and excited to see what your future holds in the way of career, community, family, and more.

Here are 10 ways to remain engaged with your alma mater:

  1. Follow @DePauwAlumni on Facebook, @AlumniDePauw on Instagram, and @DePauwUniversity on LinkedIn to stay in the loop on events and news of interest.

  2. Register for the online Alumni Directory to stay connected with classmates and find DePauw alumni connections in your new city.

  3. Update your email address and mailing address in the Alumni Directory to receive the biannual DePauw Magazine and monthly Alumni E-News.

  4. Join a Regional Alumni Community and attend regional events in your new city. Enjoy fun and enriching events with fellow alumni from a variety of graduation years, professional fields, and diverse interests.

  5. Submit Class Notes to be published in the DePauw Magazine so your classmates know when you land a new job, get married, or have Marvin’s delivered on your European backpacking tour.

  6.  Attend an event on campus: Alumni Reunion Weekend, Monon Bell and other athletic events, Old Gold Weekend, music and theatre performances, Ubben Lectures, Little 5 and more are opportunities to celebrate with former classmates and create new connections.

  7.  Become an Enrollment Ambassador. Help the next generation of prospective students find their way into the DePauw experience.

  8. Serve on the GOLD Alumni Board for Graduates of the Last Decade to help young alumni like you stay connected to DePauw.

  9. Establish a habit of philanthropy. Even small gifts go a long way to sustaining the tradition of philanthropy that keeps DePauw excelling and evolving for the next generation of students. Look for fun opportunities to increase the impact of all gifts on Days of Giving like #OneTeamDePauw and #TourDePauw.

  10. Volunteer to come back to campus to share about your career or civic path. The McDermond Center, Media Fellows, and other avenues on campus have speaker series that are a great way for alumni to be involved in supporting students.

Congratulations, Class of 2024! We look forward to great things from you.
