Board of Directors Nomination Form

Thank you for taking the time to nominate a fellow alumnus/alumna for a position on the Alumni Association Board of Directors. In the spring, the Nominating Committee of the Alumni Association will meet to review all submitted nominations and will select new members. Nominations are confidential and nominees are not notified unless invited to serve on the Alumni Association Board of Directors.

The Office of Alumni Engagement staff collects nominations from alumni throughout the year with a deadline of December 31 annually. The DePauw Development and Alumni Engagement Research Office supplement these nominations with information on file with the University. In the spring, the Nominating Committee of the Alumni Board of Directors meets to review nominations then selects new members. The slate of new members is approved by the entire Alumni Board of Directors during the spring meeting.

Nominees remain on the nomination list for three years. If after three years, the nominee has not been selected, he/she may be re-nominated for another three year period.

You can nominate a fellow alumna/alumnus for the Alumni Board by completing a simple online form. This form will ask you to provide the nominee's full name and class year, complete address, and all business/professional information. Additionally, we ask for a brief explanation of the qualifications of this nominee for Alumni Board membership. Use your own words to list relevant accomplishments or other recognition. Please include your name and day time phone number.

Nominations for openings must be received by December 31 annually.
