Well Being Initiative
Counseling Services is an active member of the Well-Being Collaborative. This collaborative was created with the goal of fostering a cohesive campus culture around well-being, utilizing a holistic framework. This definition and dimensions serve as the foundation for programs and practices designed to empower individuals and strengthen the DePauw community. By prioritizing well-being and infusing it into our collective work, we align with DePauw’s mission, vision, and goals, ensuring that our efforts support the holistic development of students, faculty, and staff alike. Together, we can nurture a campus culture that values and supports well-being as both an individual and collective responsibility.
The Well-Being Collaborative was created Spring 2024 with the goal of creating a cohesive campus culture around well-being, utilizing a holistic framework. Collaborative members (students, faculty, and staff) discuss initiatives to support well-being, collaborate and create programming events, and share resources/information. These initiatives are rooted in shared values, diverse perspectives, and the collective insights of our community members.
