Kevin Howley is professor of media studies at DePauw University. Prior to joining academia, he worked in the community media sector as a trainer and producer. In addition to his record of peer-reviewed scholarly publication, Dr. Howley has worked as a newspaper columnist, radio broadcaster, and video producer. His research and teaching interests include participatory media, multimodal writing, and storytelling for social change.
