Project Preparations: Team Building

Leading into project launch, during September the Workday Project Team engaged in team building workshops, honing their skills in communication, change management, time management, team effectiveness, and related areas. This work together helped them develop a common framework for working as a team and was aimed to set them up for success throughout the project.
