Steven Wilkinson '63 Elected to Entergy Corporation's Board

November 4, 2003, Greencastle, Ind. - Steven V. Wilkinson, a 1963 graduate of DePauw University, has been elected to the board of directors of Entergy Corporation (NYSE: ETR). The 61-year-old Wilkinson was a partner with Arthur Andersen until his retirement in 1998, serving as director of the firm's North American utility practice. He was named a partner with Andersen in 1974.

Wilkinson currently serves as chairman of Cabot Microelectronics Corporation's audit committee and as a member of the compensation committee.
