Steven Wilkinson '63 Elected to Entergy Corporation's Board

November 4, 2003, Greencastle, Ind. - Steven V. Wilkinson, a 1963 graduate of DePauw University, has been elected to the board of directors of Entergy Corporation (NYSE: ETR). The 61-year-old Wilkinson was a partner with Arthur Andersen until his retirement in 1998, serving as director of the firm's North American utility practice. He was named a partner with Andersen in 1974.

"He is a highly respected professional in the field of auditing, and his experience with public utilities will benefit the board of directors and all of Entergy's stakeholders."
Wilkinson currently serves as chairman of Cabot Microelectronics Corporation's audit committee and as a member of the compensation committee. In addition, he is a past board chairman of Central DuPage Health and Blackburn College, where he continues to serve as a board member. A company news release at Yahoo!
