Last Minute Heroics Earn Tigers a Tie in 1980 Monon Bell Classic

November 8, 1980, Crawfordsville, Ind. - The DePauw Tigers snapped Wabash College's 15-game winning streak by battling the Little Giants to a 22-22 tie at Blackstock Stadium. With just a little more than a minute left in the game, quarterback Rob Doyle and receiver Jay True hooked up for a touchdown pass, followed by another completion for a two-point conversion to tie the game.
