Bottoms, as he announced the winner of the 2005 Walker Cup at DePauw's Academic Awards Convocation last night. The recipient is Lindsey R. Ciochina, a senior from Crown Point, Indiana, who "like winners in the past, has done so much during their time at DePauw it's hard to even hit the high points of their career."

For those of you that are being recognized this evening for your success, know that we are very proud of you -- both for your successes and your failures."
