Museum Exhibits Art of Former Prof. Richard Peeler '49

May 12, 2007, Greencastle, Ind. - "The exhibition 'Richard & Marj Peeler: A Retrospective' will be on display" at the Putnam County Museum beginning May 19, reports the Terre Haute Tribune-Star. "The exhibit was made possible with the support of DePauw University and the art department. Chuck Todd Wagoner, former student of the Peelers and current art teacher and ceramicist, will be an artist-in-residence from 1 to 4 p.m."

A 1949 graduate of DePauw, Richard E. Peeler was a member of the University's faculty for fourteen years and the Art Center is named in his honor. He died in 1998. Read more in this previous story.
