Kyle Cissell '05 Published in Analytical Chemistry

July 3, 2007, Greencastle, Ind. - An article co-authored by Kyle A. Cissell, a 2005 graduate of DePauw University, is published in the July 1 (Vol. 79, No. 13) issue of the journal Analytical Chemistry and is featured on the publication's cover. The work is titled, "microRNA Detection: Challenges for the Analytical Chemist."
Analytical Chemistry is a peer-reviewed research journal that explores the latest concepts in analytical measurements and the best new ways to increase accuracy, selectivity, sensitivity, and reproducibility. Coverage includes the latest peer-reviewed research and significant applications in bioanalysis, electrochemistry, mass spectrometry, microscale systems, environmental analysis, separations, and spectroscopy.

A Julian Scholar at DePauw, Kyle Cissell majored in chemistry. He is currently working toward his Ph.D. in that subject at IUPUI (Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis).
