Philip Hiscock '96 Admitted to Illinois Capital Litigation Trial Bar

April 14, 2008, Greencastle, Ind. - Philip J. Hiscock, assistant state's attorney for McHenry Illinois and 1996 graduate of DePauw University, "has been admitted to Illinois' Capital Litigation Trial Bar," reports the Northwest Herald. As a result, Hiscock can now serve as co-counsel on death penalty cases.
The article notes Hiscock's DePauw education, as well as a 1999 degree from DePaul University's College of Law in Chicago. It adds, "Before joining the McHenry County State's Attorney's office as a felony prosecutor last year, Hiscock was a prosecutor for seven years in DuPage County."
