Greencastle Home Tour to Include 'The Elms'

November 23, 2008, Greencastle, Ind. - "The Elms, the home of DePauw President Brian W. Casey, is one of six that will be featured in Delta Theta Tau's 26th annual Holiday Home Tour," reports Greencastle's Banner-Graphic. The tour is set for today from 1 to 5 p.m.

"The home, located at 125 Wood St., Greencastle, was the abode of DePauw University's presidents from 1925 to 1981 and again from 1992 to the present," notes the story. "It is one of the most elaborate and best-preserved examples of the Colonial Revival style in Greencastle, and was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984."
