"As the president and CEO of the Paul Ogle Foundation Inc., Kent Lanum finds and funds projects that have the potential to transform the community," reports Business First of Louisville, Kentucky. Lanum, a 1983 graduate of DePauw University, is featured as one of "20 People to Know" among people who work for nonprofit organizations, "achievers within their organizations but who are not typically on the front lines for their businesses."
Based in Jeffersonville, Indiana, the Paul Ogle Foundation works "to give back to the community by strategically funding nonprofit organizations, activities and projects that directly improve the lives of the citizens in Southern Indiana," according to its website.
Lanum has been with the organization since 2007. He also serves on the boards of Endeavor Louisville, Velocity Indiana and One Southern Indiana. An economics major at DePauw, he went on to earn an M.B.A. and a master's degree in computer resources and information management from Webster University.
