TV Station Covers DePauw-Hosted Congressional Debate

October 14, 2004, Greencastle, Ind. - "A congressional race that is historically a close one kicked off tonight with some heated words," noted the top story in Indianapolis CBS affiate WISH-TV's 11 p.m. newscast tonight.  The station led with coverage of a debate, hosted by DePauw University, between the two candidates for U.S. House of Representatives in Indiana's 8th congressional district: incumbent Republican John Hostettler and Democrat challenger Jon Jennings.
