Cortney Mauldin '99 is Sr. VP & Chief Underwriter for Multifamily Finance at Capital One

Cortney B. Mauldin, a 1999 graduate of DePauw University, is senior vice president and chief underwriter for multifamily finance at Capital One. Based in the firm's St. Louis and Bethesda, Maryland offices, he is "responsible for the complete oversight and quality control of all underwriting functions related to Federal Housing Administration insured transactions."

Mauldin previously served as senior vice president and chief underwriter at Love Funding Corporation and was senior financial analyst for Broadwing Technology Solutions.

A mathematics major and economics minor at DePauw, he is expected to complete his master's degree at Washington University in St. Louis next year.
