Scott Uddenberg '90 is Director of Elmhurst Choral Union

Scott D. Uddenberg, a 1990 graduate of DePauw University, has been appointed director of Elmhurst Choral Union. Based in suburban Chicago, Elmhurst Choral Union is an auditioned volunteer chorus that performs classical masterworks and great choral music of all eras with professional orchestra and soloists.
"Uddenberg is a well-known conductor, soloist, chorister, and educator in the Chicago area," reports Suburban Life. "He is familiar to Elmhurst Choral Union and its audiences, having twice appeared as guest conductor. He also has directed Elmhurst Choral Union Chamber Singers since its founding in 2014 ... As a performer, Uddenberg has soloed with Chicago Symphony, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Grant Park Music Festival, Ravinia, and Music of the Baroque. He is a longtime member of the Chicago Symphony Chorus and Grant Park Chorus," reports the newspaper.
A music education major at DePauw, Uddenberg earned a master's degree in vocal performance from DePaul University.
