Mike Field '02 is Assistant Principal at Suburban Chicago Middle School

Michael C. Field, a 2002 graduate of DePauw University, has been appointed assistant principal at Deer Path Middle School-West in Lake Forest, Illinois. He comes to the post from Glenbrook High School District 225, where he served as director of instructional technology for the district.
Field previously served as an instructional technology leader and social studies teacher for Loyola Academy and taught social studies at IC Catholic Prep in Elmhurst.
"Mr. Field comes to District 67 and Deer Path Middle School with well-rounded experiences in education, and from those who know him both personally and professionally, we are very fortunate to have him join our staff," says the school's principal, Renée Devore.
A history major and education minor at DePauw, Field played football for the Tigers. He went on to earn a master's degree in education leadership from Northeastern Illinois University.
