The DePauw Student Employment Office coordinates on-campus job opportunities for students, providing financial assistance to help fund educational expenses and offering meaningful work experiences that promote professional growth.
For detailed information, please refer to our handbooks:
Search and apply for student jobs through Workday by navigating to "Student Jobs" and then "Open Student Jobs." All students must apply for any position they wish to hold to be legally hired.
After receiving a job offer, complete hiring paperwork/onboarding in Workday. If you've worked on campus before, you only need to apply and accept the offer in Workday.
Present original identification documents (e.g., no copies, pictures or faxes) in person at the Financial Aid Office. Acceptable documents include:
One picture ID (e.g., driver's license or DePauw ID) and one non-picture ID (e.g., social security card or birth certificate)
A valid passport (serves as both picture and non-picture ID)
For a complete list of acceptable documents, visit the DHS I-9 Acceptable Documents page
Important Note: Students may not begin working until they complete all required paperwork/onboarding in Workday and receive confirmation from Student Employment clearing them to work.
