The office maintains the relationship between employees and administration by promoting communication and employee recognition. The Human Resources office also handles disputes between employees and management.

The Human Resources office facilitates training programs and conducts training for new hires and existing employees, as well as collaborating with department supervisors to determine the training needs of employees.

Employment Law Compliance

The Human Resources department is responsible for interpreting, enforcing, and complying with all federal, state and employment laws.
