Open Enrollment
The open enrollment period for the 2025 Benefits Plan Year will begin on Monday, November 11th, and will end on Friday, November 22nd, at 5 p.m. EST. Employees will receive a notification from Workday to make any new benefit elections or changes.
This will be a passive enrollment, meaning no action is required by you if you wish to keep the same benefit elections in which you are currently enrolled. The only exception is with the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), for which federal regulations require employees to re-elect each year to participate. SOFA Financial Educational Sessions
Human Resources has partnered with the Society for Financial Awareness (SOFA) to bring educational opportunities to its DePauw community. SOFA is a nonprofit public benefit corporation. Their mission is to provide financial education across America, conducting no-cost, no obligation financial seminar workshops to individuals, companies, and organizations. These virtual sessions are open to DePauw employees, retirees and their dependents.
