Campus Security Authority Report Form
If a serious crime is reported to you, that may cause an imminent or ongoing threat to the campus community, evaluate if you need urgent police assistance. If needed, immediately dial 911 to dispatch DePauw Police Officers. Otherwise contact the DePauw Police Department at 765-658-5555. If there is any question about whether an ongoing threat exists, immediately contact the DePauw Police Department. Campus Security Authorities are obligated by law to report these crimes immediately.
