University-Owned Apartments and Houses

University-owned apartments and houses offer students the opportunity to reside autonomously with friends.

University-owned apartments and houses range from 4-person to 6-person units, offering sophomores, juniors, and seniors the opportunity to reside with friends. Each unit is furnished with bedroom furniture sets in each room and common area furniture. Housing and Residence Life does not supply kitchenware (plates, dishes, pans, etc.) with these units. University-owned apartments and houses located primarily located on the west side of campus and are eligible to register events through Housing and Residence Life. In addition to bedrooms, each unit has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and air conditioning.
