The Percy L. Julian Science and Mathematics Center (Julian) is named for America's greatest Black chemist, a proud DePauw alumnus. Julian houses classrooms, laboratories and offices for the departments of chemistry, physics and astronomy, geology and environmental geosciences, mathematics and computer science. It is also home to Information Services and Stan, the beloved T-Rex fossil cast replica who stands guard in Julian's lobby.
